AOL GOLD Export Feature
Have an export feature so one can transfer their AOL Gold Desktop to a new computer. When you try to download AOL Gold to a new computer using your current screen name, AOL tells you that you have already downloaded AOL Gold. How does one transfer your current AOL Gold desktop account to a new computer without an export feature?

to think that this forum , tech support , report a bug ,or anything else related to AOL is going to do anything for the long time loyal subscribers with all the ongoing , numerous GOLD problems - they are showing a disrespectful , do nothing approach to the problems they have willfully created for their users - been months now + nothing positive has been done -

Email update
AOL Gold took out the option of "Mark Read" out of the email options on right click of the mouse. i have always used the "Mark Read" if i dont want to read the mail or have already got the email earlier instead of deleting. it keeps the mail where i want it until i decide to delete a bunch of outdated mail. it is so much easier to mark read than to delete the mail. put it back!!!

Still having problems with the Address Book.
Please do not mark this as "Duplicate" and forget about it -- Fix it! I have talked to your tech support numerous times. We run a small business. Most of our email addresses are listed as City, ST. So I type City, ST in the box for First Name. This worked perfectly in 9.8.2. Now, it often shows up as City. Someone from tech support suggested I make the changes in my contact list on mail.aol.com and they would keep. I did that. Now ALL the ones I changed show up as City. This adds to my workload to change…

AOL Gold is Terrible need a new browser. inbox not necessary. cursor cannot open anything sometimes.my2018 emails disappear at times
why do you need inbox , new and old mail. inbox is redundant. liked the old way. my cursor at times cannot open anything and then i have to reboot or restart my computer every time. my 2018 messages disappear at times and then reappear at another time. Lower my price. I am paying for a inferior product. Like the old browser that was replace with Gold

I"m getting this error more and more, I have reported it before and the standard answer is to call the gold team. Why so I can stay on hold for hours at a time? Make my blood pressure go up even more. This was never an error message before, it is now, so what the **** is the problem?

With the last 4 or 5 beta fixes, nothing of importance was fixed here. I can't account for anything prior to that as I have only started following this forum in the last 4 or 5 weeks. So the question is, what are these unimportant fixes?? I'm still waiting for, among other things:
Being able to sign in without trying many times.
Being able to use shortcut keys.
New carousel items & smilies.
Not freezing constantly.
Making the news drop the horrendous animal abuse stories.
Making visited links change color in AOL searches.
Making AOL Gold do everything faster. It… -
Please provide the option in order to modify the width of the heading field in email fields.

The address file is simply awful You cannot add new addresses easily. Please fix
Type in an address that ]the address book. Yep, it pops up. But when you want to add another, AOL Gold gives you address options that are not applicable. I just want to simply add others separated by a comma. AOL Gold does not allow this. It is very frustrating. Please fix this..

i can understand the frustration with users, especially during peak usage hours
but if the AOL servers can not handle the load than what.
at least i'm trusting you to keep my personal data secure. [as far as i know]
i personally don't know the answer but in light of other developments i think long time customers would feel more comfortable being able to log onto their accounts......
