TOTAL FUTILITY
to think that this forum , tech support , report a bug ,or anything else related to AOL is going to do anything for the long time loyal subscribers with all the ongoing , numerous GOLD problems - they are showing a disrespectful , do nothing approach to the problems they have willfully created for their users - been months now + nothing positive has been done -

There are so many things wrong with this new version that it is totally unfixable. Please, bring back the old version, which was great, and add to it things that will make it even better. You are working with something unworkable! Stop wasting your time and ours!!!

any contact with aol only gets customers , lip service , useless scripted responses , non problem related solutions , trying to place blame on users equipment , + etc. - when will they admit that the faults in programming , formats , servers , + connections are all theirs ! -

This is correct. Nothing we've been complaining about to all these sources for months have been fixed.
I spent a long time on the phone yesterday with a tech who took over and got into my system to look around. With each one of my problems his answer was "that is how the AOL Gold browser was made to work."
Really?????? Instead of getting a page with contents the page is blank, sometimes solid white and sometimes solid black..... A great deal of the news videos don't play..... after visiting a site thru AOL search the visited links do not change color..... I freeze constantly....... sometimes it takes 3 tries to sign on.
I can go on and on with many more problems but what is the use. I'm totally fed up with what Verizon did to AOL with this Gold program.
