Get your Judiths straight!
I am so sick of other Judiths posting! I have been on AOL and posting as Judith for more than 15 (maybe even 20) years. I am @j*1277, live in Des Plaines IL, and work at retired. There is another Judith who is a guest and now there's another one (or maybe it's the same one but was now assigned a number) who is @j*033! I am very angry that AOL has not done anything about this

Standard email routing to new folder only
There is a flaw in programming because when I am in my folders on my pc and a new mail comes in it shows up in the folder I am looking at not in new email folder as it should be and always has been.

Will you ever update this software to be compatible with the newer flash player?
Every time I install the newer flash player, every time windows update installs it for me opening Aol uninstalls it and rolls it back to whatever version. It must only be compatible with a certain version, so it's forcing the damned thing on me, anything flash related causes (so ever single webpage, because they all have flash ads) my mouse to freeze, it's pretty annoying can't move the mouse for a few minutes for it to finally clear up then only do it again a few seconds later. It's gotten far worse since windows latest updates (one that ironically was…

How to improve AOL Gold
You can improve AOL Gold by putting it in the garbage disposal and go back to a REAL desktop that works!

Allow us to embed at least 7 photos
When I embed photos, I can only embed 3 photos before I get a message that says I can not send more than 25 mg and it rejects my emails.

Extremely bad browser
I would not know where to begin. AOL Gold browser is not recognized by many sites, links in search engines do not change colors after viewing a URL, browser shows everything oversized, midis won't play, in browser settings you can no delete downloaded sites because box is greyed out... and there is too much more to list here. We need a better browser. AOL has made me hate going online. I must now use Internet Explorer to avoid problems. Why am I paying for this??

Stop using "local news" from sources that do not allow access unless a subscription is paid!!!
The "local news" for Northern Virginia is almost exclusively from the Washington Post which demands a subscription fee be paid before they can be viewed. Also almost all of the posts are from either the Post or other Left Wing Democratic mouthpieces in the DC area - how about a little balanced reporting?

An option to NOT have sound on automatically when viewing news items
When opening to read a new item, too often sound comes on with the embedded video, Like tablets and cellphones, the sound should be OFF to start, and be turned on if wanted. Or give us an option to set it how we need it set.

Chat rooms: No hyperlinks??
Chat rooms are no more fun and people in the chatr rooms are complaining about this! Why can we no longer share hyperlinks in chat rooms? AOL Gold has taken the fun out of everything.

What ball to sell this * and then fancy themselves as some sort of innovators. The Oath Corporate officers should have been dumped in the trunk of Elon Musk's space Tesla Spider. Get rid of them off the planet.

When Copying hyperlinked text - COPY the URL too
when I copy text that has an added hyperlink, the 'hidden' URL is no longer copied with the text. The text does appear with the color of a possible URL, but none is present.
The 'dropdown' (right mouse click) shows that I CAN ADD a hyperlink but no EDIT or ADD the HYPERLINK' thus none was copied
