  2. Fix it

    I think you should abandon Gold. It doesn't work for 48 hours and with numerous reboots I still can't get into welcome or my portfolios.All I get is {an error occurred while processing this directive} I am close to leaving aol if it this isn't fixed.

  8. How about getting the bugs out of it?

    One of many bugs in AOL Gold is emails I write and try to save to the Drafts folder take a minute or more to arrive there, and even when they finally do, they don't close, even if I then send the email. Instead, the Buttons to Send or Save as a draft buttons become active again, allowing me to save the email in the Drafts folder AGAIN. Meanwhile, the email I just sent, or thought I did, and which had disappeared from the Drafts folder, reappears, so that I will have TWO copies of the same email in the…

  9. If we have to pay for AOL now, after 20 years, the calendar should work and I should be able to depend on the reminders I set up!!!!!!

    Fix this **** gold. It is awful. My favorites all gone Emails keep popping up in the bottom right! I don't need them in the middle of what I'm doing. The list goes on. This is just plain bad. There was nothing wrong with the old one.

    All the mail I send now goes BBC and no one gets it I don't know why this is happening. I write my mail go add the address from my address book and click send it puts it BBC and the mail does no go. I have had several people tell me they didn't get the mail. This needs to be fixed.

  15. I can NOT send emails.......I lost hours of work because of your AOL GOLD VERSION. I will be dropping you if I don't get 9.8.2 back.

  16. You could install a different or updated browser!!!

    AOL Gold will not allow me to download any forms from my Military Retired Pay site (Defense Finance and Accounting Agency). When I use Microsoft Edge or I/E 11 I have no problem. IT SURE WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A BROWSER IN AOL THAT WOULD DO EVERYTHING, like you had before in 9.8.2

  18. I was told that my e-meal info ,pictures back to pictures etc would be returned when you worked the kinks out. I so hope they not been los

    I had several of your remote techs trying to correct may problems for me( they worked 2 hrs) they told me it would be worked out as they worked out kinks... It hasnt . I sure hope they can put my picture back and fix my adress book at least.

    AOL got into my bank account without my permission. I recently cancelled my credit card. I was paying for AOL service but don't want to anymore because of the Negative American enviroment they support and poor Gold program they developed. SO you went back thru my files and Kept my information to my Bank Account , then decided you would charge my account. That my idiot friend is called theft. You had no permission to enter my account let alone hold my financial information . Now what
