How about getting the bugs out of it?
One of many bugs in AOL Gold is emails I write and try to save to the Drafts folder take a minute or more to arrive there, and even when they finally do, they don't close, even if I then send the email. Instead, the Buttons to Send or Save as a draft buttons become active again, allowing me to save the email in the Drafts folder AGAIN. Meanwhile, the email I just sent, or thought I did, and which had disappeared from the Drafts folder, reappears, so that I will have TWO copies of the same email in the Drafts folder. In fact, right now I have THREE copies of the same email and none were sent. I sent one, again, and it disappeared from the list, but the other 2 are still there. If I don't delete them, when I check back tomorrow or whenever I can stand to use AOL again, I likely will think they haven't been sent. This leads to sending the same email more than once.

I spoke too soon. The email I thought I sent, that had disappeared from the Drafts folder, did not appear in the Sent folder and reappeared in the Drafts folder. I tried sending it again, it disappeared from the Drafts folder again, but has still not appeared in the Sent folder and I'm not getting any message that it actually ever Sent. And so far it hasn't reappeared in the Drafts folder either. It's a good thing I still have 2 copies of the same email in the Drafts folder in case I run out of copies that never Send. In fact, at this point, I'm going to copy the entire email to a Word document so I can save it, in case I try to Send again and the email disappears entirely and still never Sends. During all the time it has taken me to type this feedback and comment, plus report a bug, the email has still never sent. When I try again, I just get a message saying AOL is "having a little trouble loading" my mail and "please try again in 5 min." Well, it's been a lot more than 5 minutes already. This program is the WORST EMAIL PROGRAM EVER. More and more I don't even use it, just use aol.com instead.
