How do you transfer browser saved passwords to a new PC? Export does not do it.
Transferring Browser passwords to new computer. Need to find a way to copy/transfer AOL Browser passwords (saved in settings-browser-passwords) to a new PC. Used a Laplink PCmover program (with ethernet cable) to transfer most of my Win 10 PC to a new Win 11 PC. Program seemed to work OK, The only thing I noticed at 1st was that ALL my saved passwords for all my Favorites site were not in the Settings-Browser-Password area. (and I must have 50-75 or more saved and still on my old PC) How do I get them transferred?
UNDER older export processes it use…Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are currently working to include the saved passwords in the export functionality. This should be available soon in an automatic update.

Please, please-- get our calendar fixed where it opens on MONTH instead of weeks!
AOL is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow in getting the calendar issue fixed!!!!!

Folders on AOL Desktop Gold are not alphabetically in order
The folders on AOL Desktop Gold are not in alphabetical order. Some folders are in order but some are not. On webmail, it works fine.

"YOU'VE GOT MAIL" still not fixed, WHY?. Can not believe AOL can not fix this problem. You posted the 'YOU'VE GOT MAIL" was fixed BUT may no work all the time, I am paying to have good service but it looks like AOL doesn't care about their PAIED costumers anymore. In the future PLEASE don't say an issue is fixed but MAY NOT WORK ALL the time, STOP the double talk and FIX THE **** THING.

REQUESTING A STARRED FOLDER BE ADDED TO AOL DESKTOP GOLD
It is not possible to access the starred emails on the desktop, whereas it is possible on my phone. This should be added.
You can view your starred emails by using the mail type drop down at the top of the mailbox, or click on the blue Views folder on the mailbox.
To star a specific mail, you can simply click on the star on the mailbox next to the message you wish to star.

requested message or attachment does not exist. Code EC-4007 Every email. And the spam folder I am having to over and over try to delete. This is annoying after being with AOL for more than 20 years. I called and they said they had no idea why.

Can't get my email
Can't get my email in one of my accounts...get message with error code ET-5003.. please fix. My other email was fine. What is wrong with your programmers? Another update, another problem.
There was a large mail outage last week that impacted email. That issue is now resolved.

Still the same problems after update
Still getting Not Responding after your update this past week. Still having lag time in opening emails and when they're loading. When deleted list of SPAM and deleted emails appear for permanent deletion, shaded lines appear before everything is loaded/appears. there is also lag time and not instant like it use to be. Ads still appear in my main email...why am i paying for GOLD??? You said to report a bug and I did but I'm sure other people are still having these problems as well. TEST BEFORE RELEASE!!!

The AOL Search BAR...upper right hand corner is not working as designed.. Recently it has changed and does not allow me to back space
need help...Search block does not allow me to delete or use the back space key...to input a word or correct typing???

E-Mail sound "You Got Mail" is still not working. I have a case # 2654112.
In e-mail sound 'YOU GOT MAIL" is still not working. Everything else works fine. I have a case #26541121. Can't believe You can't fix one simple thing that has not worked for at least a month.

slow load times
sometimes it takes 5 minutes for AOL to stop loading up... what's up with that!!!!!!

youve got mail sound no longer plays when i login and i no longer hear the new mail sound if i get new mail while the program is open
"you've got mail" no longer plays when i log in, just "welcome." I no longer hear the "new mail" notification either when new mail comes in throughout the day... please address this ASAP - Thank you :)

Today's update no longer responds to the selected stacking order for email received.
Today's update has lost the ability to stack emails by other than the newest at the top.

Aol Desktop Gold Highlight Feature
do not want the highlight feature that you recently removed from the update of aol desktop gold , it works fine having that feature . you've taken an automatic feature from a one step and made it to a two step process which is not user-friendly , Please bring it back as soon as possible .

When I am reading my emails, it used to automatically highlight or select the next email without manually doing it. Please bring that back! Very inconvenient! Thanks
