E-Mail sound "You Got Mail" is still not working. I have a case # 2654112.
In e-mail sound 'YOU GOT MAIL" is still not working. Everything else works fine. I have a case #26541121. Can't believe You can't fix one simple thing that has not worked for at least a month.

Thank you for this feedback. We have found and resolved the issue where sometimes mail sounds were not being played. The update has started rolling out and you should receive it very soon.

Sounds like 'CLICK' when a new email arrives, 'BEEP BEEP' when an important email arrives, and 'YOU'VE GOT MAIL' have been missing for over a month on 2 of my computers, (one on Windows 10, and one on Windows 11.
Multiple messages to 'REPORT A BUG, multiple calls to tech support, multiple UNINSTALL and REINSTALLS of AOL Gold, multiple changes to various computer settings by you technicians have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem, and often making things worse!
I know your policy is to never allow an American based tech support person help a user directly, but I'm so frustrated at having been put on hold while the foreign based tech support person calls the American based tech support and comes back with suggestions that often make no sense.All the tech people that we are allowed to speak to can do is continually report the problem to the higher level American based tech support.
Is there any way a higher level technician can contact me so we can work on the problem directly together?
