Your tecks can't fix the problems Gold sucks give us back 9.8.2 untill you get something that works!
My browser says it need updating and it won't update you click on help, check for updates the it disappears. tech uninstalled and re downloaded Gold reinstalled no change. why do we have to keep clicking
Why do we have to keep clicking backwards to get back to article #1? Refresh used to do it instantly but you've removed that option. And no, clicking on "refresh" at the AOL logo does not do the same - it only refreshes the page you're on!

Incognito type browsing option on AOL
Provide a blind search or browsing option / experience like Google Incognito. I hate to search or open a web page for a hotel or vacation for general information and then constantly get E-mails and pop up ads for that item. This does not happen with Incognito and there is no browsing history.

Browser Related Issue
Follow up for the issue that i have reported 4days ago about not being able to utilize and have the reply button for the craigslists.com. Please have it fix as the issue started since 01/27/2019. Please provide me a feedback if possible as this is a work related website for me and it's not satisfying to know that it's available in AOL Desktop Gold. Thanks.

mouse button
I was told over a year ago by your Techs, the mouse forward/backward button issues would for sure be fixed by Dec 2017 and it still has not been fixed and here we are now in mid July 2018. When will the forward/backward mouse buttons finally be working like it used to in 9.7? What is the problem? Mouse buttons work in every browser except AOL Gold. Why has this and everything else that people have complained about for over a year not been fixed yet? Can't the money we pay for monthly fees, pay for some knowledgeable Techs to…

The new opening format sucks. Where you were able to stop the rotation of featured articles know that can not be obtained. In general a third rate change.

Stop **** PopUps!!!
Please Please!!! when reading in the browser a "REDIRECT" pops up and a extremely vulgar ad appears and you cannot go back to what you were reading or looking for! I've asked before but nothing has changed so I'm asking again. If I want to see ***** I will look for it. Can you imagine if a child was looking for info and this popped up???

Several different browsers are listed to use and none of them AOL. Be nice if you fixed this.

Two factor verificaiton
Two factor verification is becoming a real pain!!! I have to do it several times per week every time Windows or AOL updates. It is wasting my time!!! Nice to prevent hacking, but not at the expense of using the software.

lastpass
If you use Lastpass as your password manager, you need to leave AOL and open another browser, like Chrome, to log on to another account.
It would be good to have a Lastpass extension for the AOL browser.

Multiple browser Tabs not being highlighted
While multiple tabs are opened in the browser, only the one that the members are currently on is highlighted, leaving the other tabs that are in the background to be extremely difficult to see and read. The only option to know what is already opened is to access it, which is NOT user friendly. It would also help if the contrast was higher and the colour should be changed to something else than blue. PLEASE correct this error for the benefit of all users!!! Thank you for your consideration.

Can no longer access files on Google Drive from AOL.
Recently, I am no longer able to access google drive from the AOL browser. I get a message from Google telling me to update my browser.
Accessing Google Drive seems like a pretty important internet function. A lot web sites use it to access information.

Is aol going to get a faster browser?
I found that searching for something inside AOL Desktop Gold takes twice as long as searching for something using another browser like Edge. Is AOL going to be upgrading their browsers to go faster?

why is AOL browser not approved for some banking sites
AOL is not an accepted browser platform for some banking sites, why not? I have accessed the help icon and sent in several bug queries but no one seems to either care enough to respond or ????

New mail layout sucks...
The new AOL owners don't seem to be very concerned about their customers, in fact they're making it more complex. I expect they will re-initiate the old program and charge us to use it. Are we all aware we don't have to pay for service at Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc. Why are we paying for the most screwed up of the bunch?

Enable picture-in-picture for videos
Please make it so videos playin can pop out in a picture-in-picture window. This would be a nice addition for some of us who watch videos while doing other tasks.
