mouse button
I was told over a year ago by your Techs, the mouse forward/backward button issues would for sure be fixed by Dec 2017 and it still has not been fixed and here we are now in mid July 2018. When will the forward/backward mouse buttons finally be working like it used to in 9.7? What is the problem? Mouse buttons work in every browser except AOL Gold. Why has this and everything else that people have complained about for over a year not been fixed yet? Can't the money we pay for monthly fees, pay for some knowledgeable Techs to fix things that are broken that didn't used to be broken?
Oddly enough when AOL was free, everything worked just fine. Now we have to pay, yet so many things no longer work as they used to. It is time wasting and frustrating on our end to navigate and work around daily thru AOL and all of its problems. Does anyone at AOL even care or are all of these complaints just ignored?

Please don't close or merge this so other Gold users can read and comment on what is being hidden when Techs send us here for help for all of the things they cannot fix.

Looking at the current Feedback stats from now, 1 1/2 years since Gold was forced upon us and only 29 have supposedly been completed and many of those "fixes" still don't work?

and maybe so many Duplicates (227) because people keep requesting over and over to fix what does not work. Too many are closed right away for comments so people post same issues in hopes of getting it fixed. Like the Mouse buttons still not working in Gold despite being promised to be fixed by AOL Techs by Dec 2017. It worked fine in AOL 9.7 and is a time waster to not be able to use our mouse as it is intended to be used. -

Any time estimates when the mouse forward/backward buttons will work again? It's now another month since this has been "under review" and 14 months since it was originally requested.
