Why am I getting the prompt 'try again in 5 minutes' when I try to send an email to the waiting to be sent folder? Its bad enough that aol freezes up and I lose everything I'm putting together to be sent, and then can't send it, but now I can't even save it to be sent later. What the absolute **** are you going to do about this continued intolerable situation?

Typing address book names in BCC field on an new email does not bring up email addresses in the BCC field.
Also - with group highlighted under group panel in address book, "Send Mail button does not work" . Get message "Please select/group contact first".

Why is it that I have to wait 60 - 90 seconds to load the 71 new mail I have? The little dots just keep spinning in the loading mail screen. Another new feature in this wonderful Gold Package? Nice Job guys!

Once again, I ask myself WHY DO I BOTHER?
Had to go through Internet Explorer to get signed on. I do not have an extra 15 minutes trying to get on AOL.

I keep a lot of info in my address book, so when I open a blank email to access the address book only, not to write or ATTEMPT to send an email, I get the prompt do I want to save that email. Its just one extra click but one thats very annoying. If I had written something in the body of the email or even in the address bar I could understand but when it remains blank I shouldn't have to say yes or no to save the email. The prior versions, ALL of them have never had this prompt.
