something broken between AOL Desktop Gold and Facebook
In the past few days when I go to Facebook from inside my AOL software, I type in my email and password and the reCAPTCHA comes up and takes me through all kinds of loops before it says "try again". For 17 times!!! When it finally does accept what I'm doing, it takes me right back to the Facebook login screen and when I reinput the info, I'm sent right back to the reCAPTCHA. Why is AOL slow?
Another upgrade and another problem with AOL. Why is it lagging and slow? I don't have this problem with other browsers or applications. It actually took me 10 minutes to get to this page and type this out. It takes me forever to get through my email!!! You raise the price and we get a terrible application. Don't release upgrades if it's not ready. I may have to leave AOL. Also, you got rid of the ads under one user name but not the other!! Seriously? Fix it!!! Reported 8/13/26

New Tab Button in Browser
It would be easier workflow to have the New Tab button directly after the furthest existing tab, for example, if there are two tabs open, the New Tab button would be directly after the second tab. Or one tab open, the New Tab button would be directly after that one tab. Instead of having the New Tab button all the way to the right, away from the tabs.

Browser context menu
Just a suggestion for the context menu in the browser when you select a text. For the search menu for the selected text, the context menu currently shows "Search on [selected text]" "Dictionary Search on [selected text]" and "Video Search on [selected text]".
It confused me at first, because this isn't what we would say when selecting searching. We would search for something, not search on something. So I am providing feedback to change the context menu to show "Search for [selected text]" "Dictionary Search for [selected text]" and "Video Search for [selected text]".

Fix authentication issues on multiple websites (Browser Support Issue?)
Authentication is failing on multiple sites through the built-in browser in AOL Desktop Gold. We confirmed that authentication was working in another web browser (Edge) using the same credentials on the same machine on the same day (ruling out bad credentials, bad machine settings, and possible website outages). It seemed to be somewhat random, in that some sites would authenticate and some wouldn't.
We tried fully uninstalling and re-installing the app, as well as clearing footprints. Unsure if this is related to your implementation of CefSharp or how it's configured. I really can't provide any more information since the built-in…

Why can't AOL Gold keep up with my chosen Browser when I play a Game?
I use Google Chrome for my active browser whether it be on AOL Gold or when working with another program. My current Chrome browser is up to date according to Google and on my Desk Top, using Windows 11. The problem is when AI go to "Games" on the tool bar, and attempt to play any of the games which are sub let to Masque LLC, it tells me that my "Browser is at 144, and I can ignore or update", the trouble is my Browser is already updated to 148, but for some reason AOL is refusing to note…

Cannot search for items on shaws.com or acmemarkets.com
Title says it all. When you type in a product you want to search for on shaws.com or acmemarkets.com, you can never submit the search. Not by pressing the Enter button on the keyboard, and not by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the search bar.

Need link extension for to AOL Browser for Acrobat Reader
Links don't don't work in the Adobe Acrobat Reader anymore using AOL browser. They only work now in Microsoft or the Google browsers. I don't want to use those browsers as default. Can AOL add the Acrobat Reader "link extension" to the AOL browser please?

Add an Update Password Feature
The convenience of the Password saving feature is marred by our inability to change the password when necessary. I just got an alert about a Google data breach and had to change that password. AOL refuses to allow the change in the Browsers' Password manager's box. Data breeches are now almost a monthly event, so this feature would be a great addition.
