  2. Two factor verificaiton

    Two factor verification is becoming a real pain!!! I have to do it several times per week every time Windows or AOL updates. It is wasting my time!!! Nice to prevent hacking, but not at the expense of using the software.

  3. Incognito type browsing option on AOL

    Provide a blind search or browsing option / experience like Google Incognito. I hate to search or open a web page for a hotel or vacation for general information and then constantly get E-mails and pop up ads for that item. This does not happen with Incognito and there is no browsing history.

  4. Website issue

    Cannot get into the Capital One website. I wasn't able to access some features of the website when i go there.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the AOL Desktop Gold, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our engineers are looking into this as we speak.

    If your browser crashes, please try the following steps to enhance your experience:

    a. Edit > Select Footprints to Clear
    b. Check the ‘Browser Cache’ box
    c. Restart ADG
    If the user had not previously checked the ‘Browser Cache’ clear footprint option, it can be restored using these additional steps
    d. Edit > Select Footprints to Clear
    e. Uncheck the ‘Browser Cache’ box

  5. Browser Related Issue

    Follow up for the issue that i have reported 4days ago about not being able to utilize and have the reply button for the craigslists.com. Please have it fix as the issue started since 01/27/2019. Please provide me a feedback if possible as this is a work related website for me and it's not satisfying to know that it's available in AOL Desktop Gold. Thanks.

  6. why do we have to keep clicking

    Why do we have to keep clicking backwards to get back to article #1? Refresh used to do it instantly but you've removed that option. And no, clicking on "refresh" at the AOL logo does not do the same - it only refreshes the page you're on!

  7. lastpass

    If you use Lastpass as your password manager, you need to leave AOL and open another browser, like Chrome, to log on to another account.

    It would be good to have a Lastpass extension for the AOL browser.
