Advertisements that "flash," i.e. change images automatically, are VERY annoying. The Lilicloth one today (11/25), for example, makes me so annoyed that there is no way I would order from that company.

Suddenly there are many times the AD you have at the right side of Emails...covers up the X so you can close the email. PLEASE FIX We get tons of ads...do not need one blocking getting out of a email!

For sure AOL is abusing its ability to force ads on we the paying customer. Sometimes the ads are so many, flashing all the time, that I just stop reading the article. In my opinion, AOL just does not give a ---- about their customers, it just about money.

I totally agree... Used to be if you paid you had no ads. These ads are truly invasive and I am paying for AOL.. I am getting really annoyed. Ellen Prehara

The numerous ads block the content, so you can't even read the article.

I've been a member for over 20 years. Agree wholeheartedly with the printed comment. ALSO... I called for help and was disconnected 3 of 4 times BEFORE I got a person! WTF? I only keep AOL because of my email address. You are NOT helpful, and as soon as I can I will change my email.

Stop the popup ads from blinking rapidly as they cause me anxiety until i stop them. this could be hazardous for someone with epilepsy. Please do not allow these ads to do this.

I was about to say the same thing. I have a 17"x13" monitor and only 11"x7" of usable space, which is jumping around like crazy every time I try to click on something. The rest of the screen is full on ads. Why am i paying for more advertising than usable content? If you cant fix this crazy system I am quitting AOL after more than 20 years of putting up with this garbage.

I'm very disgusted with the abusive extensive advertising. At times it blocks an article I might be reading to where I don't get to finish the article. Then you go to click on next page and the next page button jumps out of the way so you land on some advertising that pops up. I've been paying to be on AOL since the beginning of AOL. I pay for the service I don't need to make you money on your advertising in addition to that, particularly the extensive overuse of your unwanted advertising popping in the face of anybody using your service.
So far I've been stuck with AOL because it's been connected to my business advertising but I'm retiring soon and if you can't change your ways and stop being so advertising abusive I'm outta here.

Why does AOL make it so hard to scroll? It's like they don't want you to scroll. Isn't that the whole idea? You have to actually CHASE the scroll bar. It's absurd. Then you have to also jump through hoops to post something here. They must have a full time guy who's job is to make navigating difficult or impossible.

Just way too much advertising. So much that it blocks reading articles. I can go to another browser and not get all that advertising. ADIOS!!

Desktop Gold is a service we pay for. Since I am paying a monthly fee to access desktop gold I don't want to see advertisements in the software for example on the right side of my email box there is always an ad there.

The News Headlines are fake and "Next" you through the pages without ever hitting the point in the headline. I'm done looking at your "fake news".
