Thanks for reducing the e-mails size back to regular when I look at them.
I just want to thank you for removing the increase in size when looking at my e-mails. It shows you do read our problems and act on them. Thanks again.

A Thank You for fixing the problem I was complaining about.
When I deleted the spam it went into the recently deleted folder. Had to delete twice. You fixed it. Thank You.

Thank you for the great work on catching spam emails. You caught 231 times in two weeks.
I always recommend AOL premium to everyone for that reason alone.

Just wanted to thank you for turning on the ability to do email friendly photos again. I haven't checked with the people who are receiving my emails but so far I haven't gone to edit and made them smaller and they are still sending whereas before anything over two and it wouldn't send. I still have to check to see how many photos I'm able to send in one email. Before Gold I could embed as many as 7 photos so we'll see what will send now.

When AOL Desktop Gold was first launched, the option to reduce images for sending in an email disappeared (when embedding images the old Desktop software always gave us two choices: optimized or full).
I had asked about this issue then and did find a workaround by right mouse clicking on photos, which was a little bit of a pain to do but I dealt with it.
I just went to embed some photos today and the old option popped up asking me if I wanted to insert as "optimized" or "full".....yahooo!...thank you so much!

THANK you for making my delete key work
Thank You for finally fixing the problem with being able to delete open or closed mails with the Delete Key on my Keyboard. I'm sooo happy. This will save me alot of time.
However, I am still waiting for the ability to save all embedded images in a mail, all at the same time. I know that feature is not available yet, so please at least give us the option to save a mail as an html, so we can save the embedded images that way.
