when I read a email and close to transfer to a saved folder, it disappears into OLD files before I can move it.
When I save an email I get a message saying it has been saved. To make sure I save it in the right file, can't you add a feature that tells me the name of the file folder into which I've saved my email? The old AOL did this but new AOL Gold does not. I would appreciate it if you can add this back. Thanks

Hope someone is listening!
If you insist on using 20 - 30% of the incoming mail on advertising, why not at least put the Reply, Forward, Reply all, Add Addressed, Report Spam and Print above the Reminder so we can utilize the entire horizontal screen to read our mail instead of having to scroll left and right to read our mail? This is the most annoying fact AOL GOLD has forced it's subscribers to endure.
With all the complaints about the AOL ISP, along with my complaints, I cannot help but picture a group of immature grade school incompetents writing code for the AOL… -

in this mornings email got a message from aol - quote [ if i do not install aol gold by march 15th service will be discontinued ] - I HAVE BEEN ON aol gold since beta version was introduced , over 1 year now - is this just another aol ***** up ? - time to give up my 20+ year paid subscription ! - past four months has been a total aol fiasco -

Need to have the ability to change the font in the email listing.
Current font looks like the letters a bleeding - too much black. Every other program provides the ability to change fonts from a list of suggestions. The last suggestions I made took 15 years to happen. Let's not take that long again. That should be something that can be provided immediately!

CANNOT SEND MAIL - AGAIN
Every morning I cannot access my mail or send mail. I am cancelling this service. AOL has become a waste of money -- doesn't work. AOL Gold was just a scam to get money out of people. I feel like starting a class action lawsuit for fraud against AOL. The service is the worse I've ever experienced.

Fix Email formatting.
While writing an email, in the pull-down - click "Compose as plain text"... works as it did in older version
BUT, next, click "Compose as HTML" - and all line feeds, blank lines, and multiple spaces disappear. You are left with a single long line of words.

I am visually impaired and have used AOL for many years, with my screen reader (JFWs) from Freedom Scientific. That is, until you introduced AOL Gold last fall. Since I cannot use a mouse or a touch screen, the key strokes I use to used to navigate on AOL no longer work on AOL Gold, as they did on your previous editions.Do you have new key strokes, that I could use for AOL Gold? Or will I have to change my ISP, which I would rather not have…

I feel that you should stop making us download new editions before you have all the bugs worked out. And you actually feel comfortable charging me for a service that I can't even use or access half the time. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE.

When Copying hyperlinked text - COPY the URL too
when I copy text that has an added hyperlink, the 'hidden' URL is no longer copied with the text. The text does appear with the color of a possible URL, but none is present.
The 'dropdown' (right mouse click) shows that I CAN ADD a hyperlink but no EDIT or ADD the HYPERLINK' thus none was copied

AOL you all need to fix this **** ! I did what you said with regard to changing font in mail display; didnt work. You content has gone downhill, some of my bank sites wont let me sign in through AOL because the browser is outdated. $27 is too much. I have been with AOL since 1994. My first month was free, thereafter war $4.95.

How about making the print bigger and darker ?? This block's print is what the homepage and all should be.
The print of AOL is too small and too light. Even with my glasses I have trouble reading the print. Never had this issue with the old 9,8 edition. Let's go back to it
