AUTOMATIC AOL

I'm close to dropping AOL after over 20 years. Gold is horrible. I can't name anything that is better than the last "old" version of AOL. Gold is slower, tempermental, and lacks desired features of the previous AOL. (Could it really be that hard to add back in the "Automatic AOL" feature to mail so that I can download all my incoming messages to my computer with one click rather having to click on each message?!) And, I agree with other posts--AOL doesn't acknowledge or respond to the concerns and month after month passes with no changes or improvements. What a fool I am to be paying each month for AOL. Patience is wearing out and I'm getting pretty close to dropping it.

Run Automatic AOL made it so easy to download a batch of emails to my PC all at once. The new AOL GOLD requires you to download one message at a time. Ugh--this makes no sense! If you receive 40 messages that you want to keep on your PC the time it takes to click on and save each one is not realistic. Seriously, after 20 years with AOL, I will likely drop AOL if that feature isn't restored. Thank you.
