  1. I go to the search bar, go to settings, click search history, but history are not showing up. search history was working fine for many years

  2. KEEP BROWSER MINIMIZED

    Upon opening AOL Desktop Gold I was able to have a minimized browser so the whole program did not take up the whole screen. However, currently when I go to open the program, the whole screen is maximized and I have to also manually open up my mail. Whereas, before the mail would automatically open up within the minimized browser. Need help fixing this

  4. PFC Import of old emails shows the date of 1/1/0001

    When I import a PFC with older emails, the ones older than the year 2000 or so all come in with a date of 1/1/0001. I called about this years ago and it still does the same thing. Please can this be fixed so I can get my emails back correctly????

    THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, WHEN YOU KEEP RAISING THE PRICE, TO $34.95 NOW, AND HAVE STRIPPED AOL COMPLETELY, BUT NOW IT WORKS WORSE THAN IN THE PAST 25 YEARS!!!!!
    FIX THIS GARBAGE DESKTOP GOLD NOW!!!!!!!!
    AOL IS RIPPING EVERYONE OFF, AT $34.95 AND NOTHING WORKS, WORSE THAN EVER BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. Please fix the games. I've played Classic Solitaire for a long time and today it won't come up. Just see a black screen after the commercial

  19. HEADERS AND FOOTERS DO NOT COMPLETELY PRINT IN WINDOWS 11

    We just installed to Windows 11 from 10. Headers and footers do not completely print out in Windows 11. Before it only did if printing out e-mail in quick print mode, but quick print is no longer part of Windows 11.
