  1. Can't print images in email without downloading??

    I'm still paying for a "Gold" subscription, but I'm beginning to wonder why. What happened to hte "KISS" principle that made AOL great? Everything that used to be easy, now requires "workarounds" to accomplish.

  2. Printing Issue in ADG

    Whenever you're in the ADG, and you try to print the page of a product on Amazon, the preview page it's blank white
    I've tried this on a different browser as well, and that works just fine

  3. UPDATE SCREEN for AOL GOLD... IS BLANK

    Your UPDATE screen is BLANK not showing any updates & my printer with your "WRITE MAIL" will not allow me to delete Time, Date or Subject when I try to make a print-out... Before this last UPDATE I could???

  4. The rolling news ribbon on the Welcome screen no longer has a pause selection.

    The rolling news stories on the welcome page used to have a pause selection where you could stop the news from advancing to the next topic. Shouldn't be difficult to restore it. Just curious why it was removed.

  5. Why did AOL set up auto bullets? This is so annoying! I want to organize my emails my own way. How to disable auto bullets?

    How can I disable AOL's new auto bullets? So annoying!! I want to organize my lists my way, not be forced to use what an AOL tech likes.

  6. Please change Desktop Gold so that I can clear All my browsing history including anything from AOL

    I believe in the "If its not broke...do not fix it" so my idea is for your engineering techs to take it back to what it was so that when I want to clear my browsing history everything goes away. I delete it by going to Settings then Privacy and then clear footprints and it ask for me to clear foot prints now. Up until a few days ago when I did this there would be nothing left in the search bar. Now there are 5 things there that are all aol and no matter what I do they will…

    The items you are seeing are actually being populated from your favorite places items. We received a lot of feedback from users that wanted to see the URL bar suggest items from users favorite places when they were typing. 


    That said, we understand the confusion of being able to see items in your browser URL drop down list after you have cleared your browser history, so we are making steps to correct this in a future release so that after you clear your browser history, you will no longer see any items in the URL drop down list.

  10. system unresponsive and the e-mail inbox window does not refresh after overlayed with another window

    After I login to AOL Desktop gold the AOL system is hanging and unresponsive for about 30 seconds before it becomes responsive again. Also when I click on read e-mail the AOL desktop system becomes unresponsive again and hangs for about 30 seconds before email displays. It does not appear the e-mail has been refreshed. ALso when I open an email to view the contents and then close the email, the email inbox listing screen contents is wiped and not refreshed automatically after it is overlayed with another window.
