I need to delete email suggestions , I was on the phone with tech support and we could not resolver the issue
I need to be able to delete email suggestions for accounts I previously emailed. For instance they are not contacts but show up everytime I start searching. I do not want these TOP suggestions on my browser and there is no way to DELETE them. I was on the phone with Tech support and they suggested I send feedback. Please help.

Congratulations
I now have a price increase. Along with that I am not getting 100 SPAM emails a day any more but, I am getting some email addresses that are NOT SPAM placed in the SPAM file. Just what one would expect for a price increase. As usual,, the software people show how hey fix one thing and create 5 new issues. For this, I will pay more for this service.

The problem with AOL Gold opening I am begining to suspect is AOL over subscribing and the site crashing rather than a tech issue!!!
I am beginning to suspect the problems everyone is having in opening AOL Gold is due to AOL over subscribing their capacity and the site freezing at times!!!!!!!!!!
It would explain why AOL Tech has no Answers for the problem; they know what it is!

the last person (Jolino) was able id the problem but was not able to fix it the previous persons (3) were no help what so ever She is great She spent 2 hrs with us There were several problems with your software She fixed them The wrong phone appeared when we tried to change the password and you had the correct phone all along you have a problem with your software Jolino was able fix it Robert Flach

Why not bring it all subscriptions to one payment permonth. This is one of the reasons why I cancel the subscriptions.

News & Weather -Unable to edit city
On Welcome Screen, "News & Weather" keeps changing my city. This has happened many times in past, but I was able to edit with my zipcode to show correct city & delete wrong city showing.
Today there was another city, so when I tried to edit/change name with zipcode it's adding a duplicate of the wrong city. Also, unable to delete wrong cities! Unable to edit, add or delete. Update removed playing custom .wav files
Why did you have to change the desktop software to stream the .wav files? What good purpose did this serve? I had a very custom /wav file in place of the default welcome.wav that played the dial up noise followed by welcome and you broke it!!!!!!
