2. 2 factor authentication issues

   AOL recently added 2 factor authentication for my account. My first option is getting a code sent to another AOL email - if I leave my primary email to get code in other email, how do I get back to my primary?
   Second option - get code on What's App - but I never go to that app and don't know how to.
   Third option - click other options & then I can choose a text or phone call to my cell phone. Why are you making it so complicated? Why not just send text to my cell phone to start with?

3. My mail sender block list which holds up to 1000 address keeps getting deleted. It is a good tool when it works.

   Not a new idea just fix the old one. "Block mail from addresses I specify"

5. Please add a "Delete All" to the recently deleted mail folder. Please don't respond with using the CTRL key.

   I receive on average 30 to 40 items of spam mail daily. Using the Ctrl key is a pain in the Azz.

6. What's New page not being Kept Up to Date

   The What's New page shows "March Update #1 - 3/16/2026 (Version 11.1.5071)" as the latest update. I have received two update since then. Please update the What's New page so we can see what has changed since the middle of March. Thanks.

8. I want my stationary feature back

   April 19, 2026 I want the stationary feature back It is the only reason I stuck with AOL. I've had a paid subscription for 40+ years but if they don't reinstall stationary I will cancel.

9. I don't like printing AOL Say the email is 3 pages and I only want to print the first two I can't because it does not give me that option.

   Also I can select two or single sided printing. The only way I can get around this is to print to PDF and print that on my printer I have the option to select the number of pages I want printed or single or double sided.

10. Quick Find D

    Quick Find will not find email addresses. It will only find matching words in the SUBJECT area. This always used to work. Just stopped two weeks ago. Searching for past correspondence is an important tool for our business.

11. something broken between AOL Desktop Gold and Facebook

    In the past few days when I go to Facebook from inside my AOL software, I type in my email and password and the reCAPTCHA comes up and takes me through all kinds of loops before it says "try again". For 17 times!!! When it finally does accept what I'm doing, it takes me right back to the Facebook login screen and when I reinput the info, I'm sent right back to the reCAPTCHA. Is that something broken on the AOL side or the FACEBOOK side? If I come out of AOL and go in straight from Edge, I get in very easily so I believe it has something to do with the AOL software. Help!! I posted this as a bug. I was working with it for almost an hour yesterday and today and the same thing is still happening.

12. Can't read my mail!!!!!

    I can't read my mail. I open a message ... and AOL doesn't fill in the text. (Yes, my network connection is fine. I pull up chrome, type something random, and get a reply instantly.) Mail is what I am on AOL for!!!! Fix this, or you will lose me. Then when you got to your advertisers, they will see how few subscribers you have ... and you will go out of business. FIX THIS!!!!

14. Save Column Widths

    While this is not a new idea, I tough a new appeal might draw attention to it. On the default AOL Desktop screen are “My Mail Folders” on the left and individual emails under “Date”, “From”, and “Subject” headings on the right. I can adjust the width of the “My Mail Folder” area. I can adjust the width of the three email headings. If I switch between the “Inbox”, “New”, “Old”, and “Sent” tabs, the widths remain. However, if I close AOL desktop, they do not get saved. Even going to the “Search Mail” tab and back, resets all of the widths. There does not appear to be a way to save them. I have tried clicking on “Window”, then “Save Window Size and Position”, but that does not work. Can you add a “save column width” function to the “Save Window Size and Position” function? Thanks.

    Get rid of your AI algorithms that constantly misinterpret articles, and go strictly by 'word content'. If you are saying WHAT IS YOUR OPINION? The how the F##k can you censor a person when they give their opinion. Furthermore, if their content doesn't agree with the average Joe Biden or Birney Sanders thought pattern - they censor you. 17. No Prev and Next Buttons in Search Mail Tab

    I am using AOL Desktop Revision 11.1.5071. When I open an email within my Inbox, the bottom right section of each email has buttons for “< Prev” and “Next>”. If I enter a string in the “Quick Find” box and open one of those emails, they have the same buttons. However, if I click on the “Search Mail” tab and enter a string, then open one of those emails, they do not have the “Prev” and “Next” buttons. Can you add them there?

18. CompuServe Welcome Screen Not Working

    UPDATE 4/16/26 -- Looks like this issue has been resolved.

    When signing in, the CompuServe Welcome Screen (main menu) doesn't load. Instead there's an error "This site can’t be reached
    Check if there is a typo in webcenters.netscape.compuserve.com.

    If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    DNSPROBEFINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

    It appears "webcenters.netscape.compuserve.com" is no longer a valid site. Perhaps changing the welcome screen to use "https://member.compuserve.com/menu/" would be a good fix
