2. I don't like many of your "improvements".

   I'm getting frustrated: 1) my emails from trusted emailers are now coming through so I have to click on something to display all the images; 2) I can no longer "mark unread" while an email is on display on my screen...I used to be able to do that; 3) my saved Font size has been deleted so I will have to go back to set that again; 4) when I sign in, I get this extra screen wanting my zip code for weather or to use it for searching. I do not get news, weather or search on AOL but can't seem to get rid of any of that to personalize my experience in AOL Desktop Gold. And, a long-time request, to be able to block certain obscene spam from my mailbox by simply have a "save button" on that page where you can type in the offending email address. Why are you changing things, especially my personal settings?

3. Provide an option to stop the continous loading of videos on the home page

   I pay for aol gold, but the continuous loading of videos on the middle of the home page slows down everything and make the "aol not responding" message stay on most of the time. Using any other application is also slowed as aol hogs all the bandwidth. I'm having to close aol to be able to use other applications and have been switching my work to firefox and chrome. If you want me to continue paying, you need to fix this pronto.

6. Outgoing Mail Error code et-506

   Suddenly yesterday out going mail gets this error. When I open the sent mail there is nothing in the body of the email. If I open the sent email on my phone, I can see the text. I assume the mail went out, but it is not recording on ADG. This is very problematic.

8. How do you transfer browser saved passwords to a new PC? Export does not do it.

   Transferring Browser passwords to new computer. Need to find a way to copy/transfer AOL Browser passwords (saved in settings-browser-passwords) to a new PC. Used a Laplink PCmover program (with ethernet cable) to transfer most of my Win 10 PC to a new Win 11 PC. Program seemed to work OK, The only thing I noticed at 1st was that ALL my saved passwords for all my Favorites site were not in the Settings-Browser-Password area. (and I must have 50-75 or more saved and still on my old PC) How do I get them transferred?
   
   UNDER older export processes it use to show that passwords were possibly copied into the export file along with other user files; but NOW, current Export processes do not show that passwords will be copied and saved into that export file on a flash drive.
   I am not computer literate or an expert by no means. It just does not seem fully logical that there is no way to process a transfer of these passwords to a new PC without having to type in and try to log into almost hundreds of sites on my new PC to try to save all these passwords again in the AOL Settings files.

   If there is a way, and I'm just not seeing it, I would greatly appreciate any Positive Help.

   I have utilized AOL Help Tech Support (3 different techs for several hours on remote support) and they have not been able to find me a work around.
   I can't believe that after AOL has been around for what 20+years, that there is no possible way to do this.

   Please Help This to me is a Major problem at this time.
   I have changed PCs before and this seems to be the only time that I have had this problem. I am an old time user of AOL , people laugh at me, but I am very comfortable with it.

    We are investigating this issue. The new spell check uses Microsoft's library for spelling. We have reached out to them to find out if there are solutions for capital letters within spell check.

Evenj on a large display and wearing reading glasses it is many times difficult tom impossible to make it out without moving right up to screen. Would not cost AOL anything to correct this oversight.
