  3. Still the same problems after update

    Still getting Not Responding after your update this past week. Still having lag time in opening emails and when they're loading. When deleted list of SPAM and deleted emails appear for permanent deletion, shaded lines appear before everything is loaded/appears. there is also lag time and not instant like it use to be. Ads still appear in my main email...why am i paying for GOLD??? You said to report a bug and I did but I'm sure other people are still having these problems as well. TEST BEFORE RELEASE!!!

  4. Out going emails

    When building an outgoing email every time I click in a different spot the email jumps, also if I delete one address in the address bar the remainder jumps to the end. WHY? Please find a way to make them remain still until I send!

  8. AOL adding an unremoveable header/footer to a composed body email during printing!

    How to delete auto-printing of Date, Subject, To and From when printing emails!  I have copied and pasted into a blank composed email for 30 years.  NEVER have these AOL auto headers/footers appeared until last week!  In print preview, I've always turned off headers/footers and I would be able to print just the body of the email I composed.  I  still turn those printers options off but now AOL has attached these titles (Subject, Date, To and From) when I'm simply printing an email that I'm not even sending to anyone!  My AOL address is autoprinting at the top of…

  9. Need link extension for to AOL Browser for Acrobat Reader

    Links don't don't work in the Adobe Acrobat Reader anymore using AOL browser. They only work now in Microsoft or the Google browsers. I don't want to use those browsers as default. Can AOL add the Acrobat Reader "link extension" to the AOL browser please?

  11. Dark Settings Tabs

    The themes in the Personalization is great and adding a dark theme was a great idea. However, I have the dark theme applied but in the settings window, the tabs are still white (not the browser tabs but the tabs within settings for example backgrounds, sounds, toolbar, theme, & font and text). Everything else other than that is dark.

  12. Why can't I use my finger print to sign in on AOL?

    I use my fingerprint to sign in on Microsoft, my computer, and Google on this computer. This makes AOL outdated and almost useless in the fight against spammers and information thieves.

    I have started using Google for my important mail. People send me mail to AOL, and I never receive it.
    It's time for AOL to step into the Biometric era. Passwords are archaic.

  14. Get gid of the warnings at the top of email...now two layers for God's sake...NO wrnings!!!

    Yellow and black boxed warning about opening top of every email opened...STOP this I don't need warnings...get on with it!!!

  16. CompuServe Gold sounds

    It would be great to have the CompuServe welcome/gotmail/goodbye sounds on the CompuServe Gold client instead of the AOL sounds.

    I have the sound files from a CompuServe 2000 install if you need them.

  19. How do you transfer browser saved passwords to a new PC? Export does not do it.

    Transferring Browser passwords to new computer. Need to find a way to copy/transfer AOL Browser passwords (saved in settings-browser-passwords) to a new PC. Used a Laplink PCmover program (with ethernet cable) to transfer most of my Win 10 PC to a new Win 11 PC. Program seemed to work OK, The only thing I noticed at 1st was that ALL my saved passwords for all my Favorites site were not in the Settings-Browser-Password area. (and I must have 50-75 or more saved and still on my old PC) How do I get them transferred?
