  7. Not lose emails that I have read but did not delete.

    The email that has been lost (more than just one email) was not put into a folder, but rather it was left in the Inbox as a read email. Thank you.

  8. you need to remove old mail folder. Just keep new mail as read or unread. Way less confusing and steps to see all mail.
