  4. Try to adding a code letter or sigh at front or end of my email address that only aol, me and who i chose to have it. Stop all the junk/spam

  7. Improve the iOS iPad AOL app that continually has problem loading multi AOL e-mail address accounts.

    When opening the AOL mail app on Apple iOS iPAD v16.7.10 (20H350), the mail doesn't load while specific AOL account image loads as a white circle with account name in the center of circle. Have deleted the AOL Mail and reloaded without success.

  11. synchronize read mail. I check my AOL mail from 4+ devices and I constantly remark mail as read between the devices phone and browsers.

    This was not a common problem until an update the the phone app, perhaps a year ago.

  16. It is so hard to sign on now. I can't believe you have to have these codes and texted to you, verify, i've been using aol for 33 yrs

    It is so hard to get AO. L to remember my user password almost every time it wants me to verify my email or my backup email. Phone number wants to send me a code. It doesn't remember the devices.
