I don't receive all my emails. I didn't have that problem with the old format. go back to the old format
There are too many emails I DON'T receive. Go back to old format, it was much more reliable

it's inappropriate to continue to send me ads that I didn't ask for.. this violates my privacy

AOL webmail is a free email service that is made possible by marketing ads. If you find the ads to be distracting, you can temporarily hide them and even give feedback on them. To do this, hover over the ad and click the "X" in the upper right corner. You'll be given the option to temporarily hide the ad or provide feedback on it. You can permanently remove ads by purchasing Ad-Free AOL Mail subscription.

In the AOL app you can only change the edition of it by going to Settings > Edition.
You will have to make sure that the language of your device is not set to French. To check that go to Settings(on your device) > General management > Language and input -
hate the ads that pop up while trying to get through emails your quality has went down sometimes harder to get it to download. Quality
Return to the old format stop the annoying ads....

not downloading attachments easy. very glitchy. most of all your email system doesn't create threads, so each communication is a separate

Received emails don't always go to new mail folder. I've had too many new emails received go into old mail, trash, spam or archive folders.
let the user decide what folder to store the new emails after viewing.

The app for Android is glitchy. Difficult to use on a phone when answering an email without the screen constantly jumping around.

Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

You can turn off conversations, by going to the Settings page in the app, scroll to the ‘’Customize your inbox’’ field then toggle off ’’Conversations’’.

Remove read/deleted emails from the list of "New Emails", very frustrating having hundreds of old/deleted emails show up.
I still see old emails I'veread and deleted in my "New Emails" folder, when they should all just be in my trash/deleted folder.
Please remove and re-add your account to the AOL App and check if the problem persists.

To replace my account that's never been deactivated, due to inactivity. your account should never be deactivated, for no cause whatsoever!
To not deactivat nobody's account whatsoever. because all of my important emails are on my account. and now its vanished into thin air, but it's still active and I dont know the number that it was associated with, so they don't want to retrieve it for me, and that pours gravy!

stop showing me effing ads when I have a paid account. I'm getting sick and tired of this *! I shouldn't have to swipe off any * advertisement when I pay you people every single freaking month and have for years. I don't care that I'm accessing this online!

Please check your filters and if it's something there that you do not recognize or can interfere with your incoming emails, please delete them.
