Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

    messages disappearing, it's almost impossible to find them if you want to reply.

    I waste a lot of time going after disappearing messages...THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED YESTERDAY. I see several people with this complaint.

    Go back to your old format. I see no value in the new version.
