How can we improve the AOL App?

Received emails don't always go to new mail folder. I've had too many new emails received go into old mail, trash, spam or archive folders.

let the user decide what folder to store the new emails after viewing.

    I have noticed for sometime whether I mark an email not Spam, or even save to my contacts the same email will still end up in the Spam folder! I also recently seen an AOL Verified Email in Spam! Why is that if it's Verified? Please fix this!

    Regular friends emails now going to spam, please amend

    Won't accept password on laptop, it states account has been blocked, I do not want to renew email address, I want to use original
