  4. Sort out the home page location, or tell me how to do it.

    The home page shows me as being in Christchurch, it's only about 350 miles away.

  7. Fix settings for printing from phone

    When I print any email from the phone, it prints full page even when the settings say :fit to page." As a result I lose part of the email. Tech support has not been able to help me.

    Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

  16. Make a news app that doesn't suck. I'm about to uninstall because it constantly glitches, keeps loading the same story instead of a new one.

    App will only take me to first story I looked at instead of story selected from links at the bottom of the page.Today,I had to hit the back button over 10 times just to get back to the front page. It just kept reloading the soft drink recall story.

    Hi there, I'm happy to help! To access your other folders, simply tap on that Inbox folder (once the Inbox icon has the two arrows next to the envelope) and you should see then the entire list of folders you have in your mailbox. Then tap on each one you wish to check first.
