after having my cell phone factor restarted I am unable to load my email accounts to the phone

Hi there Robert! This is a security feature to keep your account protected. Most probably you have a 2 step verification enabled on your account. Although we would suggest you to keep the 2 step verification, you can disable it by following this steps from our help website:https://help.aol.com/articles/2-step-verification-stronger-than-your-password-alone

Provide an easy, quick process for updating phone #. This is maddening - multiple options for new password but zero for updated phone #??
Easier to change password than phone # - makes no sense! Cannot get into my all from public computer as all verification options involve my OLD # & nothing described or shown to update phone #????

Why am I unable to sign in using fingerprint?
I use an Android device and with ALL my Apps (except AOL mail) I can sign in using fingerprint. Why does AOL not offer me biometric logon?

I'm so angry. I've had this account for decades and now I am constantly told it has redirected too many times and so it doesn't load.
I would give up on AOL except I've been using this email for 30 years so it is pretty embedded.

I can't open my email on my android phone.It says AOL keeps stopping and app info and close app.This just started .
I am unable to open my email on my moto e android phone. I can open them on my desk top.It says AOL keeps stopping & App Info & Close App.Some times it will open the first email but no more after that unless l restart the phone.This just started in the last day or to.Please let me know what you find.Thank you .William Farley

Please autoset white color for'the letters in the mails when using the dark mode....
On most.of the.email.the letters are still in black so when you use the dark mode the email are unreadable. You need either to autoset white color for letters or allow the mail to remain with a white background.

I believe a new upgrade is causing emails to reappear once they have either been moved to a folder or deleted. They come up again as unread
upgrade glitch!

This latest update sucks. Deleting a notification no longer works. And even when I go into the app to delete an email, it reappears.
Also why is old mail all gone?
