  6. I suggest you sack the ***** who formatted aol mail, it's obvious no one likes it, you have to take your customers feedback into considerati

    pay me to do a better job than the ***** that messed up the email sites

  7. stop grouping email by Today, Last Week, etc. Makes it impossible to Select All for mass delete

    or just go back to the old format

  9. Don't have computer only Samsung 10 plus; can't change my last name on out going mail. Don't want my last name to show. Help

    Fix That Phones can change information easier on emails. Dknt want my last to show on outgoing emails We don't have a computer only a cell phone !

  11. I may leave AOL. You place articles to read. After reading one line of copy, you place an ad. No more story content. Frustrating and waste

    Ads interfering with News articles.

  12. Fix whatever caused my incoming emails to be qcp and won't work

    When you switched to the new format, incoming videos came as qcp, which I had never seen before. They will not play on my Android. Please fix this or tell me what to do.

  13. would like to go straight to my e-mail and by pass the news, I see it on other channels such as tv and etc.

    would like to go directly into the aol e-mail without going to the news first.

  15. have an option for Dark Mode. It helps us that have cataracts & makes a white background hard for us to see.
