Fix whatever caused my incoming emails to be qcp and won't work
When you switched to the new format, incoming videos came as qcp, which I had never seen before. They will not play on my Android. Please fix this or tell me what to do.

You trashed a reasonably good email system. Now you ask for comments & totally ignore them. FIX this; we've used it for 25+ years!!
