Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

AOL will not let me rotate emails. I have to keep scrolling back and forth to read some of them because they go off the page. it looks like many other people have complained two years ago and it's still not fixed.

Auto-rotate no longer works on AOL for my Android device. Makes it awkward to use the app. Problem for almost 2 years now. Fix it!

I've been on your service since the early 90's. Please tell me how to return to your previous email format. The newest one sucks.

Why did AOL decide to hide the Drafts, Trash, Spam, and other folders when easily accessing our e'mail is the reason people use the app? And the Swipe feature is awful. I want to see my previous/next e'ms when I swipe as before. I've been using AOL since the days of dial-up but after 25 years, your desire for "progress" rather than listening to the needs of your customers has me thinking it's time to change e'mail providers. Thank you.
