  2. I have a great idea. make it easier to cancel subscriptions we pay for in AOL app if we decide we don't want/ need them anymore!!

    I want to cancel the paid aol add in for tech support and cannot find where it is to do this! looked everywhere i could see that might take me there. I've used aol since dial up, so not new here. I do want to keep aol mail, just not the paid add in.

  3. Need an option to get to the bottom of the oldest emails I have so I can determine if I want to save or delete them. I have 27,580

    In the emails your only able to go as far as 1 month maybe I have over 27,000 emails and have no way to get to them. Is there a way to see them? It would be nice if dont want to delete blindly.

  6. when you are trying to send me a passcode it automatically backs me out of the prompted screen while I get the code from my text message. I

    so I am attempting to sign in forgot my password. was sent a code by text message. however as soon as I go to the text to retrieve the code it automatically backs me out of the prompted screen back to the privacy controls selection screen. then I cannot enter the code you send me and the only option is to try to send another code with the same result.. needs a fix from you guys

  12. We should have an option toclose AOL on the App each night like we do ok We should have the option to sign out of the App like computer

    Each night, we ahould have the option to sign out of the App and then sign back in, in the morning. Similar like we can via a computer.

  15. add back the ability to easily switch between email accounts. your latest change means I can't access one of them on my phone.

    on 8/12, I could easily switch between my AOL email accounts. on 8/13, I'm now unable to get into anything other than the account that is earliest in the alphabet, which is not my main account. I need access to both accounts regularly

  16. Make filters user friendly.

    My account has been either HACKED or something's going on. "THREE" Times this year my new Emails have been sent straight to TRASH/SPAM. HELP!!!!!!

    I'm very very upset with this. What can AOL due to prevent this? Also show an easy fix? I'm so tired of changing Passwords every 4 months.

    Anyone else experiencing this?
