  1. I can sign into my AOL account on Chrome but it will not allow me to open my mail. I'm on an Android phone

    I can sign into my AOL acct. on Chrome but it will not allow me to open my mail. So now, the AOL app doesn't work on Android AND I can't access my AOL acct anywhere on my phone!!! This is critical!

  7. I have been looking for the email filter setting to move emails into specific folders based on sender, I can't find it, Please add function

    Years ago this was available in AOL Email, I've my account 30+ years. Queries in browsers explain how to do it, but in reality the path to set filters is nt easy to find or does not exist. Please provide me actual procedure or reintroduce functionality back. Thank you

  8. get rid of Betty ads! there is no way to block them!

  10. Fix the app so that it doesn't bring up a new "send" email with the info from the last email I sent, when I open the app on my phone.

    I often send emails from my phone. Now when I open the app it immediately brings up a "new" email to send, with the info from the last email I sent, instead of going to my new emails. Very annoying. Please fix this bug.

  12. wish an anything from a person or company who emails u emails be forwarded to a file.. like all spams but is not spam

    email from 1 sender be possible to forward to a file.. such as spam but is not spam but to a label files like work, day care etc

  13. When I move my messages from my Android AOL App the messages still appear on my phone screen.

    This has started happening last week and has not corrected itself. Please fix this problem if it is your system needing updates to correct this problem

  14. It takes me at least two swipes to all an email as read. sometimes it get up to 8 or ten!

    When swiping to mark an email as read, it never works on the first swipe anymore like it used to.

  18. You absolutely need to make it easier for account hers to reset passwords when life happens. Why should I pay to reset a password. That's BS

    Phone caught fire and had no access to passwords for ALL my accounts and AOL wants to charge to reset? FFS!
