How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Please help me fix the problems I've been having with the updated app. I hate it. My phone has not been functioning right since the update.

    caled my carrier and had my phone tested. not phone. deleted app worked fine for a week and now doing the same thing.

    IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY MAIL TO GET IN MY INBOX FOR OVER AN HOUR FIX THIS ******** NEED FASTER INCOMING MAIL!!!!

    Don't break into an open session to update messages. Give us a "refresh" option.

    Mail wont open on mobile app. Continuous clocking... try to report or get help and you get "Cleartext not permitted..."

    my emails won't load up all I get is the circle for loading but they don't load up.

    cannot open e mails not a connect not a connection problem as switches back to news feed every press of blue envelope

    it is not a connection problem as news videos works fine I joined in 2002 but your about to loose me if I cannot access e mails old app worked fine Richard Williams

    click on any mail in my inbox. screen is white with a spinning circle? no matter where I am.

    Why is AOL email not working? I see them but they won't open when I click on them!

    when I open an email it never downloads the message.

    my idea is to request you fix this ongoing problem! I can see the email, when I click it to open, I am in a slow endless loop. Stays that way for a week or so and then I can open my mail. Then, it crashes again and I am locked out again. Absolutely no support, unless I purchase your help. Ridiculous. Why would I purchase your help when you can't even keep your application running consistently or even have any decent security.
