How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    for the last 2 days every time I try and open an email in the app it won't load. I have restarted my phone and the app and it still won't load my emails

    loads email files but can't retrieve each email when selected...request support...please fix

    Have strong WiFi and can load email but unable to open each email and read new email. Please fix.

    when I tap on an email to open it it dosen't open.
    Verizon never had this issue when they managed my email account.

    let people actually read their email in the app, not have to go to the website.

    opening email even with excellent wifi connection causes spinning circle and unable to read new mail. if I uninstall the mail app and reinstall it fixes the issue

    I suggest that the designers of this app do something to speed it up. So that when you're in a hurry to look at your email after you receive the notification you don't have to sit there and wait 5 minutes for the app to stop buffering
