How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    fix bug issue. app closes when spam or trash files are all selected for deletion

    cannot get connected to Web as I gave done for years though emails and news items are fine.

    my email is there the first time I see it. the next time I look at it I cannot find it. it is not in the old mail or older. I search for it and it is nowhere to be found.
    few days later it turns up.
    amazing

    you could fix this app you use for collecting problems. I cannot get to the category. or my email address.

    pay your staff more and get better ones to improve and fix

    at all email loads. it might show up later. so why you think you may have cleared out something, you really didn't. because there are a bunch of emails that didn't load.

    it often takes several minutes for email to load. same on the home news screen, and sometimes I get a "network unavailable" banner though the network is working just fine. I don't have this problem on the PC web version, just the Android phone version
