How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Neither the Home screen not email no longer open. AOL has functioned well for over six months and is now worthless. All other programs are functioning well. An hour+ on the phone with AOL support didn't resolve the issue.

    Upon opening app to check email it states I have no messages in any folders, which is not true. This just started happening when using app on my Kindle Fire 8 at home; app works properly on Samsung Galaxy phone. I even deleted and reinstalled the app twice.

    I'm unable to open mail completely... effects my ability to conduct business with this issue, please remedy asap

    make it work seems like it not working. open up see. news and weather report for new York and I am not in new York.

    Also, unable to delete selected email. it wants to delete ALL email.

    Not all emails showing in app but they show on my pc.They are not in spam folder.Where are they?

    I receive an alert that I have emails in my acct. But I look at account & there's nothing new. I can't open my emails either.
