How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    app for android is faulty,when I open an email I get the title but not the body of the email. Also,sometimes when I choose inbox the app just closes.

    inbox never shows my emails which do show up in my laptop, and when i hit on my account or the compose button, it tells me the session expired even though i just signed in, and when i hit continue nothing happens.

    after trashing mail I have to close app and reopen it to remove trash.

    I can't access my emails - if you reply to this, I shan't be able to open it! Catch 22!

    my AOL account will not open my emails at all I have cleared CACHE etc and still won't open I have documents for the sell of my house I need to respond to ASAP
