How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    AOL says network unavailable alot and my emails donot come through....will need to stop using aol...my wifii is connected and all my other sites work....very bad

    Email is not viewable in a timely manner from receipt stamp. Even searching for a specific email address does not always work. I am very frustrated with the look and the feel of this updated version of AOL. It is clunky, unfriendly and obviously has some bugs! I worked IT for nearly 30 years-- this app needs major work to make it consistently usable. I've used AOL since the 1990s. This is the very worst update I have every seen done by AOL! please fix this! figure out what we do not like, what's broken, and, please fix all of this, ASAP! Thank you!!! P.S. I needed to select more than one category below!!!

    fix all bugs. seems they have been repeatedly identified, but not repaired. lags, pages won't load, something went wrong with main page, but other pages fine? sounds pretty 1st level gang, pls help your people.

    While I go from e mail to reading the aol news articles, a red line appears at the bottom of the screen that says "network unavailable". How can this be corrected ? It's driving me crazy !!!

    only loads emails half the time. then says your offline when your not.
