How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    my email folders are not all visible anymore, I need to see these all the time

    Takes too long to load emails and crashes 50% of the time when I try to view the ICYMI news notifications I receive (after staring at a blank screen for ~30 seconds). This app/service is too old to be experiencing these kinds of issues consistently.

    Your latest app update eliminated the majority of the email folders I have had for years. Nowhere to be found.

    suddenly I can only see fragment of email, since blue box takes up most of space...doesn't show this way on older tablet or phone...Please let me see a page of Just Emails..no blue block!!!!!!!

    aol crashes all the time

    1. moving emails to folders doesn't work well. 2. it doesn't open a lot of times.

    email opens and then I get a box saying it cannot complete message try back later
