How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    E-Mails laden extrem langsam oder gar nicht

    password taken account under either windows 10 or the web version of aol mail but not through the aol software package uploaded from a store (samsung or google)

    error message trying to send an email with any attachment using the AOL app. Mail goes into draft folder and cannot be removed

    sort out this app it's a pain ********** having to open and close then restart the app at least 4 times every time I want to delete emails it's getting beond a joke if it's not sorted I will move my email to Gmail

    I have been unable to send emails via the app and via the website. my Android is 5.0.0.

    the icon spins around forever and only when I refresh is when my emails pop up. not normal.
