How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    the email app sluggish and does not always load the inbox, I had to switch to another folder and then back in order too see email in inbox

    Please provide SUPPORT for EVERYONE. I do NOT have a Twitter Act & my email to Support (phonemail.assist@aol.com) WAS returned as email address "is no longer monitored". This IS the email listed on Google Play for the AOL app!!!! I left a review on Google Play & a request for help. So far No Response. I tried: UNinstalling App; Cleared Cache; Powered Off & Re-Started phone. Today I did a "Force Stop"; Cleared Cache; Cleared Data; UN-Installed, Powered Off, RE-Started. Then RE-Installed AOL app, Powered Off & RE-Started. THEN: I DID it AGAIN!!! I STILL Can NOT get any Notifications about NEW emails on screen. DOUBLE CHECKED all the "Nofitication" Settings & Screen settings for Apps etc etc.

    I would appreciate some HELP!!!!!
    I used to REALLY LIKE my AOL app before the Upgrade 7 days ago.

    Frequently I will see a notice on my tablet or on my phone but when I open the app, there will be an error that my mail is unavailable

    phone won't even open an email.

    make the email fill the screen when you tap the arrows instead of just moving to the left . this is a fix request.

    Since the most recent AOL app update for Android (using v9) I can view the email messages, but the messages will not open/load to read?
