How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    e-mail just spins, can't read them, today only

    Emails wont load, its like the app cant connect to the internet and its ONLY THIS APP, before and after updating. Constant ongoing issue, I really dont know why I use AOL, people have actually laughed at me :(

    New messages show in my inbox but will not open. the app just spins and spins. restarting phone and force closing app did not help.

    when I go to read emails sometimes the words are vertical and I cant read them. sometimes rotating my phone will help but 90% of the time it doesn't. why does this happen?

    frequently cannot open or unable to connect to web sites. too frequently I get an "oops" message. I pay for AOL and expect better service. it's not my job to make it better ... that's your job responsibility !!! also, too much celebrity **** in news and everything anti Trump is becoming extremely tedious.

    I can no longer open emails in my AOL acct. This is my primary email I have had for 20 years. HELP!

    emails won't load just get the circle loading thing for ages.

    I've closed the app on my Samsung and also rebooted my phone. still unable to see the content
