Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.
This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Good evening,
Thank you for replying to my review of your app on or about 10/24/18. However, it does not help one iota!!! As a matter of fact, judging from your reply you could not have possibly actually read my review. If you had then surely you would have seen in my review that I had already taken the actions which you suggested in your reply. I continue to experience all sorts of problem with this app-so much so , that a friend of mine has suggested that I just stick with my Gmail account.
Sur, there were periodic problems and snafus with Verizon email… but not nearly the number of issues as with the AOL app. I honestly wish that they had though t more about their customers before selling their e-mail service to AOL.
I stand by my review…the AOL for Android royally SUCKS!!! In view of my continued problems, I will likely post another review which includes your useless response as well as the fact that your tech support was unavailable during the hours that it I s supposed to 8:30 p.m. ET last night.

Your service sucks. My messages OFTEN take HOURS to download. Your customer setvice does NOTHING but ask for screen shots. OF WHAT?????? NOTHING DOWNLOADS. You must be TRYING to lose customers. Count me out of AOL.
