Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    It's like the app glitches and just kicks me out sometimes. I've tried restarting my phone and I don't have this problem with any other apps.

    I am writing you because the AOL mobile application is broken. When typing a reply email I will be in the middle of typing an email and the the email will close suddenly and the entire body of the email will be gone, not even saved as a draft.
    This is, as I am sure you would guess, incredibly frustrating.
    Also, why am I unable to edit email addresses I am sending to. This is also a frustrating hindrance.
    I originally wrote to the contact email listed in the Google app store but it was an, "Unmonitored email address."

    I have to open browser or use computer to respond to any email. App has been reloaded several times w/o resolution. AOL app's only use is faster view of new email vs Gmail app.
    It's nearly worthless.

    Please fix the bug in the app. When i Reply it closes my reply and sends original to "Read". This does not happen outside the app.

    repeated freeze ups of the app on my android tablet. it even freezes when I'm doing your report.

    replies I start to write to emails, disappear POOF

    cache is empty. news stories go to adverts when you are reading then won't load the story

    just make it work , I have this issue on both of my Android phones and my wifes.
