Hi there. You can access and edit contacts in the app. To do this, please tap on the 3 dots (More) menu, tap Contacts. To add a new contact, please tap on the ''+'' icon. To edit one, tap on it then tap the 3 dots menu to edit, share, copy to clipboard or delete contact.

    I cannot forward emails as I can't find my AOL Contacts.

    Whenever I send an email, the recipient is saved as a contact and that annoys me, I want to be able to switch it off

    I can remove wrong addresses in my computer but can not find out how to remove them from my phone. The computer and phone do not sync.

    I was unable to edit and email address in the contact list of the AOL app. there is no way to do it I was told.

    You get better answers and solutions talking to a wall. Aol lacks customer service even when you pay for it.

    I cannot get to my contacts on the AOL app until I am actually writing an email and hit the little icon next to cc and bcc. But, I cannot delete contacts or add contacts from this list. why aren't my contacts under folders under New Mail, Old Mail, etc.

    I cannot delete old email addresses that pre populate sender field when composing new email . I called support and added paid plan they directed me to aol mail search in Google. I deleted there and still coming up even after inistaling and reinstalling . I discontinued that paid tech support App because they provided no help. Please advise on how to resolve ??? Very frustrating , I even called Verizon( cell phone data plan ) who said an AOL issue. Thanks in advance for resolving!

    I need to remove contacts that I do not need but I can not edit. Where is my contact list, not in folders area.

    I too would like to use the app to reach my contact list. It is frustrating to not be able to change or add to a contact. Please address this question. Many have asked the same one.
