Here’s how to reply to an email:
1. Tap the Mail icon
2. Tap the message you want to reply to
3. Tap the Reply icon
4. Tap Reply (the option before “X”)
5. Enter your message.
6. Tap the Send icon

I can send a separate e mail but I cannot reply to an existing e mail
