    Quick access to individual mail boxes, don't put adds in mail box, alow auto start to go to mail box first, alow edit on contact listing,

    a recent change in your procedure has generated an extreme amount of annoying unsolicited advertisements. Stop the advertisements. Is that clear or detailed enough?
