Hi there, we are continually making changes to improve your experience. For advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go into Trash or Spam.

    once you put an email in spam, future email from that address should also go to spam automatically. .

    Junk mail should go to Spam. Not to our mailbox. My mail setting was fixed to receive mail ONLY from the people listed. Not from everyone!

    Seems the spam filter degraded markedly within the last week. Custom filtering is poor, as no use of wildcards.
