Hi there, we are continually making changes to improve your experience. For advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go into Trash or Spam.

    Nothing works right in AOL. And I find it hard to believe that there's nothing you can do about all the junk email. it's so obviously spam.

    at one time I could opt to unsubscribe from them. Now they have to be moved from SPAM to incoming to do that.

    I don't Understand why recipient getting my emails I sent as spam and nothing I can do to fix it
    so , What's the point of using AOL email if my emails gonna end up as spam

    My ad preference settings are ignored. AOL is allowing these "vendors" access based on phony "interests" you add in every "upgrade". I've deleted over 1200 phony "interests".
