Hi there, we are continually making changes to improve your experience. For advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go into Trash or Spam.

    simply : when I delete spam messages, they should not reappear the next day.

    I would like the ability to block senders.
    Spam is out of control, and the unsubscribe option does weed not seem to help, it gets worse.
    And it's spam about stuff I've no interest in.
    Gmail has no spam issues and I can block.
    Why has aol become a useless email provider?

    please just block those spam mails we all got - sometimes 50 to 100 a day. every mail is obviously spam. nowhere else you get that much of spam mails. how can it be aol is not able to get rid of it?!

    click on a spam email, get the option to delete AND block. click on delete and block, and sender's email is blocked from sending more email.

    WAY WAY WAY too many emails I do not want but am unable to cancel the "subscription'

    you should be able to simply click on the box on the left in the list of emails and have a block option. reporting as spam DOES NOTHING to stop them.

    option to have spam deletted automatically save people having spam mounting up in spam box. into the thousands if left over a few days
