I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    It always asks for my password which it never did before and when I enter it, it says "authentication failed."

    After I send a mail , it comes back mailer Daemon. If i send it again with the same E-Mail adress it arrives. My friends have the same problem with AOL.

    I have the Android AOL app. It will not allow me to send any emails. Every time I try to send an email, I get an error message saying that my email cannot be sent. Can you please fix this?

    I have contacted aol support 4 times about not being able to receive emails from Instagram to recover my account and they say it's an instagram issue but Instagram's support (which is trash as well) says that it could be the email providers blocking emails from @instagram....so I'm stuck in this never ending loop.

    I have not been recieving important emails from southwest regarding upcoming travel. they are not in spam. I am just not recieving them. i am also not able to always delete emails. it takes several attempts for them to delete.
