Stop my inbox emails from automatically going into trash!

Hello there. If you have trouble receiving emails, the first steps we recommend you take is to check your Spam Settings and your Filter and Alerts settings. Please ensure they do not contain harmful filters that may prevent incoming emails from reaching your Inbox. Should you find such filters, we recommend removing or modifying them, as needed. Please sign out and back in for the changes to take full effect.

why did mark unread option go away? Why are emails automatically moved to trash? I want to see all emails in my box (read & unread) and the mark unread prompt needs to be available on each email and in the main box

it is so much more work to have to check trash and move many items back to my inbox every day! This has been going on for a long time (years now), and I don't understand why it started happening? Also, when I delete items from trash, they show back up the next day. Very frustrating!! I'm used to AOL and would prefer to use it over Google email, but if these issues aren't addressed soon I may just give up on AOL. That would be a real job notifying all the places I've given my AOL email address to - but worth it to stop these problems!

Some emails move directly into trash without having an opportunity to review first. These emails that move immediately to trash can be from both new and existing senders. We need to review trash daily to make sure that important emails aren't lost before we read them. How can this be stopped?

I have always used AOL since the disks were sent free to download in the beginning, but I'm getting 100's of spam, scam type emails, some are disgusting!! takes a lot of time to delete, or mark as spam. really upsetting. I wish I could mark as spam and block forever at the same time. please help.

Considering doing away with AOL. AOL rep in Phillipines wanted $9.00 a month to repair account. He said account hacked and they were filtering emails. Been with Aol for decades. Our relationship is about over.

My account that i have had since 1985 was hacked. Now all new emails go directly to trash folder. Tech from AOL wanted $39 a month to change it. Ridiculous! I could just switch to gmail instead.

my emails should go to the inbox, not the trash. and why did so many people lose saved items? just please fix it. & thank you
